• Check-in time is 2 p.m.
• Check-out time is 9 a.m.
• $200 security deposit returned after inspection
• Smoking inside is prohibited. The deposit will not be returned if there is evidence of smoking
• Please be courteous to nearby neighbours, everyone is friendly
• No loud noise after 10 p.m.
• Swimming shoes are recommended. 

• Each cottage heated by electricity and propane
• Tap water is from a private well; 5 gallon container of drinkable water will be provided
• Cottage is required to be left the way it was found
• Sorry, no pets allowed
• Fires are allowed only in fire-pit areas
• Wood is provided for roughly two fires, more can be purchased
